Whitter One-room School House675 viewsWhitter one-room school house located on Amelia Olive Branch Road. The school became part of the Amelia Rural Local Consolidated School District in 1931. Later it was the Batavia Township Hall. It is currently a home. The 1917 picture shows teacher Lydia Berz. Henry Clark Corbin, the famous general, once taught school here.
